Shipping Policy
We ship USPS on most orders. Shopping carts with $200 of in-stock items are eligible for free domestic shipping. By receiving free shipping you give Misfit Toys the discretion on shipping method.
For customers outside the continental United States, additional fees are at the buyer’s expense.
Our goal is to ship orders that have been placed by 10 am Central Standard Time the same business day. If you order before 10 am CST Friday, your order will ship by 4 pm CST on Friday. If you order after 10 am on Friday, your order will not ship until Monday.
International Shipments
Please contact us for international shipping inquiries at misfitttoystx@gmail.com. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes at the time of delivery. All customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs and all government fees charged for ordering from Misfit Toys are your responsibility.

Payment Methods
Online credit card payment by VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express (By this method you will enter your payment into our secure online order system.)
PayPal (By this method you will be prompted to PayPal upon placing your order at Misfit Toys. You will then be able to log-in and pay via PayPal for your order.)
Returns
Misfit Toys does not accept returns on vintage toys. All sales are final on those orders. In certain cases we may offer store credit but that is at our discretion. Most of the items sold on this site are decades old and we sell them as collectibles so we cannot guarantee that the contents of sealed items will still work or be in mint condition if someone chooses to open an item.
Pricing Policy
We strive to ensure that the pricing on our website is accurate. However, if an item is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, we would contact you and notify you of the correct pricing, and you would be under no obligation to complete the order.
Inventory
At Misfit Toys, we are continually taking measures to ensure the accuracy of our websites content and our inventory accuracy. Although we strive to make sure that this is 100% correct, there are occasionally discrepancies and the items and quantities are subject to change. Should this occur on an item that you place an order for, we will promptly notify you and refund that portion of your order. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
